The role is critical because we need to make sure that we are keeping candidates/clients’ personal information confidential. In this role we effectively must communicate with candidate, client, other involved recourses so that the candidate can onboard smoothly with accurate information provided by us to the client. We follow strict privacy and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive information obtained during the verification process.In it, we must validate the data provided by job seekers and assess their suitability for a particular position The specific components of a background check may vary based on the nature of the job and industry. Here are a few products which I am experienced in dealing with - • Employment Verification - Validating the candidates’ work history, including job titles, dates of employment, reason for leaving, rehire status, and earning statements as per the client’s requirements.• Education Verification - Validating the candidates’ certifications, degrees, educational credentials, or any other educational qualification claimed by the candidate with the respective educational institutions.• Reference Verification - We contact the provided reference to gather their insights into the candidates’ work habits, interpersonal skills, and overall suitability for the job.• Quality Audits - The most important part is Quality audits in background screening. It helps to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of the information provided by the Verification Researcher. So, during internal audits that we perform, we check if the candidate’s files are closed properly with the accuracy of data and have to make sure that we follow the standard procedures designed by our organization.
