   Promoted to Engineering Lead at FarmSetu Technologies, I lead a cross-functional team across Flutter mobile, Flutter Web, design, and QA, working on FarmSetu\'s agri-fintech platform for Indian farmers.Key contributions include breaking down product requirements, defining ETAs, and keeping the team aligned on priorities and deadlines. I own the mobile release process across 3 Flutter flavors (dev/QA/prod) and wrote a unified build script that handles flavor switching automatically, so the team no longer has to update environment variables for every release. I\'m also part of the technical hiring process - taking first-round interviews and contributing to engineering hire decisions. Alongside delivery, I mentor Flutter developers on architecture, code quality, and code-review standards. I also work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to keep delivery on track.
