My Role in this job as mentioned below- Review of Technical documents and arrange the require supporing all documents- All type support of Packaging during the transfers & New Products Developments- Cost reduction without compromising any qulaity parameters- Other compititor sample Analysis- Change part Development- Vendor Development- Any New material Development- Any Alternate packaging material with all regulatory Justification & Comparison- Change part approval, Artwork Shade card approval- All receiving site documents review and approval- All receiving site Change control, Deviation review and approval.From Jan - 2012 to Feb - 2013, I was working in a Packaging Development Department of Mylan at Hyderabad R&D Center. My Role at R&D as mentioned below- Set up entire Packaging Development Department- Innovator chracterization- Analysis of other compititor market samples- All Documentation, Product Developmetn report, Master Packaging Card, Specifications- All require machine selection (for Procurement), Installation & Operational- Proposal of Suita ble Packaging for New Development product - Packagin support to Formulation team for packing of the products in require Primary PM- All Regulatory Query Responses- New Vendor & Material develoment etc.
