Understanding the customer requirements and their fulfillment by the integration of customer specific standards & procedures into systems, including but not limited to SQMS (McD), Nestle, Ferrero, Barry Calleabaut, Kellogg\'s, Marico, Emami, Mondelez, Parle, Dabur, Coke etc and their verification through timely customer audits, submission of specific questionnaires and declarations. Supplier management, regular audits, their performance evaluation CAPA closure. On-site handling of RCA/CAPA for any non-conformance raised during internal, 2nd party, 3rd party or regulatory audits and customer complaints. Analysis of customer satisfaction index through regular feedback and their assessment. Regulatory requirements compliance through regular track of status of various licenses related to Government Licensing authorities (like CPCB, EPR, Boiler, SWMA, Fire, Waste management etc) and Regulatory bodies like FSSAI, EU, NVWA, USFDA, EIC, BIS, APEDA, Labeling compliance (Legal metrology, Packaging and Labeling, CAA) with their timely renewal and system updation as and when required. Continual improvement through conducting frequency based audits, MRMs, Emergency exercises as Mock recall, traceability, mock drill for fire safety and implementation of Food safety and quality culture (OPL, Kaizen, Employee of the quarter etc) throughout the organization. Building People awareness and effective engagement in process approach through training\'s and onsite interactions. Well aware of QA/QC tools and hands on analytical parts for chemical and microbiological analysis, Sensory evaluation and implementation of new methods. Good communication and presentation skills, effective internal and external communications through various modes.
