Before that I have 2 years of IT experience.I am currently working as Key Account Manager at YASH Technologies, based out of Pune.I am leading client engagement for couple of GIC accounts based out of Pune, Chennai. Recently I have transcended into a managerial role mentoring and managing 2 sales executives under me.In my prior role, I was working as Senior Account Manager at Avance, a leading IT Staffing Organization.I looked after portfolio of two major IT services clients in UK and Europe region.My portfolio was expanded, due to consistent performance for my existing client. It was one of the most prominent turnarounds for our company. The expansion was due to relentless account farming which led to me connecting with more than 120+ client SPOCs in domains like Digital Practice, Lifesciences, Oil and Gas, BFSI, Utilities, Government owned business, A&D.With respect to the IT product sales experience, I was working as BDM at Click Labs where I was selling Order Management and Delivery Management software for small and medium sized enterprises.I have completed my masters in HRM from Indian Institute of management Ranchi.I did my graduation in computer engineering from VGEC, Chandkheda. I have more than two years\' experience in TCS. There I was working in BFS domain for NA client. I am trained professional in business intelligence and process management. I have hands on experience in ETL tool like Informatica and BI reporting tools.I love to meet new people understand different perspective of life. I like to learn new things each day.
