Responsible for Vendor Management which includes empanelment, negotiation, contract review, performance review and timely coordination to fulfill the business need in given TAT Strong focus on strategy, planning, and TAT hiring -cost-effective hiring metrics. Responsible for planning and executing full lifecycle recruiting activities that result in the hiring of the right talent into all levels for lateral hire for my multiple clients. Experience in handling junior, mid-level and senior positions-both vanilla and niche demands. Working for Pan India and onsite requirements. Train the team members according to the given requirements. End to end follow-up with candidates for conducting interviews till joining. Calling client spocs to get new demands & understand existing demands. Coordinating with them for interviews and follow-ups for feedback on profiles and interviews happened. Co-ordinating with team members so that we can cater client with good quality profiles to generate more revenue. Handling rate/cost negotiation with candidates and Clients, Taking periodic Client feedback/ Review on Placed Consultant. Involved in Team P&L, Target and Performance management, along with developing strategy for timely target achievement Work Distribution & back ground verification of candidate (documentation). Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
