   Major Functions: Responsible for mechanical design and verification of pressure vessels, tanks, reactors calculation based on ASME Sect VII, Div I. • Design and development of pressure vessels, Air Cooler, Heat Exchangers using Compress, Code Calcs, PV Elite software and creating 3D models using Inventor. • Produce CAD drawings of pressure vessels and/or other mechanical equipment, component items as required for internal or external production (IFC/IFR).• Creating BOM for HE, pressure vessels, air coolers, reactors and maintaining line list, P & IDs. • Generating nozzle reaction load, base ring, saddle support load summary communicating and work with piping, structural department resolving issues of steel clashing, tie in points and other technical issues. • Assist other engineers, project manager in developing material requisition, cost estimates and resolving design discrepancies and providing engineering support• Works with the shop personnel and other departments to meet customer’s assembly and production requirements
