To ensure that both the ST outage preparation and the execution are accurate, conducting a pre-outage kick-off meeting with customer and internal stake holders by comprehending and studying the technical details of the equipment, including its history, the OEM\'s last recommendations, laydown areas, operating conditions, etc.• Managing a group of subcontractors and Technical Advisors for both major and minor OEM (Toshiba) steam turbine overhauls (500- 800 MW capacity). Supporting planning, scheduling, project management, and administrative and technical oversight of site-related activities for outages in India are among the duties associated with the job. • Working together on job progress with the Field Service Team and offering inputs for efficient execution.• Providing assistance to install, commission, fix, and maintain ST components and installations in compliance with rules and written or spoken instructions.• Comply with all EHS, Quality and Technical documentation for Project Planning till close out of outages.
