I am a Senior Product Designer at PeopleGrove, an interactive closed social platform that connects students and alumni for mentorship and career guidance. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. My core competencies include Figma, user interface design, user experience design, prototyping, and user research.At PeopleGrove, I have been responsible for conducting various user researches to identify design opportunities that align with customer needs, creating high-level conceptual sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications, and presenting designs and concepts to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvement and negotiating design compromises as needed. I have also started designing a new design system that aligns with our goals and values, while improving overall consistency of the platform across platforms. I have collaborated with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure a successful launch of some of the most anticipated projects of the year.
