Through our Plant on Kipushi Roadspread over 120 acres and the Lupoto Site which has a state-of-the-art processing facility with a fully equipped 24X7 lab running by qualified professionals, we are proud to be one of the first Congolese Mining Companies to process Copper and Cobalt in the country.Our Lupoto operations have been extended since 2019 to Sulfuric Acid production facility and to a VAT leaching plant launched in 2020. Somika products meet global & London Metal Exchange (LME) Quality Standards. Fully compliant with the new Mining Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, our operations and technologies are respectful of the environment, aligned with international standards.
