In my current role, I oversee the operations of 800+ solar sites across seven states, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and safety standards. I also manage a team of 40 engineers and technicians, providing them with guidance, training, and support. As an assistant manager of circle operation at the same company, I was responsible for planning and executing multiple projects Before joining Applied Solar, I worked as a cluster manager at ACME Cleantech Solution Private Limited, where I handled the operations and maintenance of 200 telecom sites as PIU and power plant Operation. I have a diploma in electrical engineering and strong skills in analytical, project planning, and team management.
