PNB also owns 41.64% of JSC (SB) PNB Bank in Kazakhstan, which has four branches.Job Responsibilities-Identify and acquire new MSME clients through market visits and business development activities-Promote MSME loan products such as Cash Credit, Term Loan, Mudra, PMEGP, and Stand-Up India-Generate and follow up on leads received from branches and external sources-Conduct customer meetings, expos, and marketing campaigns to enhance MSME outreach-Collect and analyze financial statements and prepare preliminary credit assessments-Assist in the preparation and processing of MSME loan proposals for sanction and disbursement-Monitor existing MSME loan accounts for timely renewals, repayments, and limit enhancements-Ensure portfolio quality by following up on overdue accounts and minimizing NPAs-Maintain regular coordination with branches, zonal offices, and government departments-Provide excellent after-loan service and maintain strong client relationships-Prepare and submit periodic reports on business growth, lead conversion, and market trends-Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies for MSME business development.
