During my time at StockGro, I worked as part of the Community Operations team, where I handled the complete internship cycle for the BigShot 4.0 national program. Interviewed 50+ candidates and selected 15 high-potential interns for the national cohort. Managed end-to-end recruitment, from screening to onboarding. Assigned tasks, tracked performance, and conducted regular review meetings to ensure consistent productivity. Provided continuous mentorship and support to help interns achieve their weekly goals.This experience helped me strengthen my skills in team leadership, operations management, communication, and performance tracking, while contributing to the success of StockGro’s flagship internship program.
