Allocate resources to projects; resolving conflicts and ensuring a balanced experience. • Work closely with the UK Resource Advisors to drive business demand and maximize utilisation. • Monitor utilisation and work with the business on challenge areas. • Meet all new joiners to build relationships and understand skill sets in order to allocate resources to roles effectively. • Report weekly to key stakeholders on forecast and actual utilisation and available resource, providing in-depth understanding of chargeable activity, actual vs. forecast utilisation, demand and BD activity. • Lead and support RM projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement. • Attend sales pipeline meetings to ensure visibility of opportunities
