ABOUT MANISH JODHA

Manish Jodha is a dynamic senior leader with over two decades of cross-functional experience across banking and telecom, currently serving as Executive Director, Control Management at Wells Fargo. He has a distinguished track record in building, scaling, and governing complex global control frameworks across Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, RCSA, Quality Assurance, and Process Transformation. Manish drives strategy, governance, and digital integration across global hubs, spearheading initiatives in Generative AI product strategy, automation, and process re-engineering. His leadership extends across geographies in India and the U.S. with proven success in risk management, operations management and regulatory alignment. Prior to Wells Fargo, he held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, where he led RCSA Testing, Quality Assurance, and Control Automation programs across Consumer & Community Banking and Asset & Wealth Management businesses, establishing center of excellence and driving global consistency in control performance.
