   Presently I am leading the Health Policy vertical for JJM. This vertical is providing support and guidance to JJM businesses which have sales over USD 250mn. The focus is on health financing, policy, insurance and reimbursements in healthcare delivery. A key aspect of my current role is to position Johnson & Johnson as an industry leader by engaging with policy makers, payors, regulator and industry influencers to proactively shape the healthcare delivery environment in India. This has resulted in superior positioning of JJM in the Industry and many industry initiatives are led by JJM. In 2015 three important businesses have got over 20 percent growth in focussed procedures and coverage increased by more than 40 accounts
