A results-driven leader with 15 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas sector, bringing together operations excellence, safety leadership, policy formulation, and digital transformation across the LPG value chain.I have led and managed end-to-end LPG operations, served as Safety Officer for LPG plants, and successfully executed capital projects with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and operational reliability. My leadership journey includes handling LPG sales and marketing, contributing to high-impact national initiatives such as Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), where scale, speed, and social responsibility converged.At the LPG SBU Headquarters, I played a strategic role in demand forecasting, business analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, supporting data-driven decision-making at the enterprise level. I have been closely involved in the formulation of sales and marketing policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, market dynamics, and governance frameworks.I have conceptualized and executed sales campaigns that delivered measurable growth, strengthened customer engagement, and enhanced brand trust. As a Training Coordinator for LPG Sales, I led capability-building initiatives by designing structured learning content, delivering classroom programs, and mentoring teams to improve performance and customer orientation.Currently, I am working in the Vigilance Department, where I contribute to strengthening systems, processes, and ethical governance, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business operations and policy implementation across the Oil & Gas ecosystem.Outside my corporate role, I remain deeply connected to academics as a passionate Chemistry educator, working with self-help groups to promote learning, empowerment, and community development
