Currently pursuing an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, where I\'m focusing on improving operational efficiency and understanding end-to-end supply chain processes.I recently worked at Ecomous, a fast-paced startup, where I handled logistics and customer support for multiple international brands. My role included managing order fulfilment, coordinating with manufacturers, tracking inventory, building internal Excel/Sheets-based systems, and conducting detailed market and supplier research for new market entry. I also supported partner brands with invoicing, receivables, and day-to-day coordination.Before this, I worked at Collegedunia, where I initially counselled students applying to the USA and later helped build a South Asia pilot project from scratch. I researched new country requirements, created SOPs, and supported the expansion into multiple regions.My strengths include operations management, documentation, vendor coordination, customer service, process improvement, and research-driven problem solving.
