Created nightly AMIs for mission critical production servers as backups Configured and maintained the monitoring and alerting of production and corporate servers using CloudWatch. Responsible for Encryption of data, both on server and client side. Managed automated backups and created own backup snapshots when needed. Familiar with ITIL process such as Problem and Incident Management. Root cause analysis of the occurred incident and sharing with the specific team. Worked on backup technology HPDP & NETBACKUP.
