ABOUT MANINEE RAJ

Studying business at a law school gives me a unique edge, sharpening my communication, critical thinking, and strategic skills at the intersection of markets and regulations. As an IPM student at DoMS, NALSAR, I have developed a deep interest in marketing, strategy, and digital business, constantly merging analytical insights with creative problem-solving. To expand my expertise, I am pursuing a Digital Business Administration Certification at AIT, Thailand, broadening my global perspective on business operations and digital strategy. I have had the opportunity to work with leading companies across industries. At Tech Mahindra, I contributed to Account-Based Marketing strategies to help retain and grow high-value corporate accounts. At Rays Power Infra, I worked on talent acquisition and onboarding to improve HR processes. My time at Raindrops Foundation involved creating social media content on diversity and inclusion, later endorsed by the Ministry of Social Justice. At Girikon, I conducted market research for CRM optimization and trained in Salesforce administration, while at Jatan Sansthan, I worked on policy research for menstrual health and sustainable practices. Beyond academics and internships, I take on leadership roles that drive meaningful change. As a Placement Committee Member, I build corporate relationships and lead the internship process for students at DoMS. As an Ad-Hoc Member of the Student Service Committee, I initiated a mentorship program and coordinated resource allocation for differently-abled and economically weaker students. As the first student representative from the Department of Management Studies on the Internal Complaints Committee, I have expanded policy mandates and conducted sensitization seminars. I also work on equitable policy implementation in the Menstrual Policy Leave Committee and have contributed to inclusive policies and event management through the Equity and Event Committees. Outside academics, I thrive on creativity, competition, and exploration. With over ten years of dance training, I have performed on multiple stages, refining discipline and artistic expression. As a Kabaddi player, I have learned teamwork, control, and resilience. My love for travel has taken me to 15 countries, shaping my global perspective.
