On deputation from BNCCI, I have been working in EDI and leading the team since establishment. Worked as Dy Secretary at Bengal National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BNCCI) for rendering support to member firms, liaison with govt organisations, conducting training, workshop, international trade fair, buyers-sellers meet, in-charge of several standing committees. As a Trainer-cum Consultant, I gained lot of experience in NECON (a public-sector consultancy organisation) in providing training & consultancy support to MSME sector in proposal writing, project report appraisal, special studies and related areas. I was State In-charge in Tripura and Mizoram. Worked as Research Associate & Administrative Head in Biomass Research Centre- a CRESSIDA & DNES project in Purulia. While working in the Rural Development Project of District Science Centre -Purulia, I was deeply involved in developing 35 tribal villages and organised health camp/ exhibition, skill training for income generation, adult school, infrastructure development by ensuring free voluntary labour by tribal villagers, community-based fisheries, forestry, goatry etc. Worked as Jr research associate and regional head in CRESSIDA in North Bengal for conducting UN-funded social and health research projects in West Bengal & Orissa.
