Developing detailed RFQs for welding tools not only streamlined procurement but also aligned cycle times with safety standards. Collaboration with integrators has clarified specifications to prevent discrepancies during project execution. Moreover, managing over $3M worth of tooling systems through Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) has expedited installation lead times dramatically. Engaging in DFM reviews with design teams led to cost reductions across multiple projects while enhancing manufacturability.Through meticulous oversight of pre-production builds and innovative visual work instructions development, achieving a First-Time Quality rate of 95% has been possible.
