Appraising working capital facilities for SME’s (ticket size up to Rs. 20 Cr) for both fund and non-fund based facilities such as Cash Credit, Overdraft, WCDL, Term Loan, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, etc.2. Handling team of six credit managers and responsible for evaluating, reviewing & recommending / sanctioning corporate loans in urban & rural clusters of Karnal, Panipat, Ambala & Yamunanagar (Haryana region).3. Attending customer meetings to understand the business model, marketability of the collateral security, risk and opportunities involved in a transaction so as to provide decision for sanction of credit loans within minimal turn-around time.4. Monitoring & review loan accounts portfolio on a regular basis with respect to controlling delinquency & credit loss and supervising timely preparation of MIS reports. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members and extending support in imparting credit training needs of business teams in a continued & timely basis.
