Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.Educate clients about the process, timelines, and what to expect at each stage.Provide detailed instructions on required documentation and assist clients in gathering necessary paperwork.Handling face to face meetings with clients regarding the complete briefing of their applications.Oversee each client’s case from start to finish, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and timely.Work closely with immigration representatives to ensure all legal requirements are met.Address any issues or challenges that arise during the immigration process, providing solutions and alternatives.Managing difficult situations with customers and providing them with a resolution, information or additional options. Ensuring a quick and proper response to all reasonable customer requests.Schedule regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on the process.Collect feedback from clients to improve services and identify areas for improvement.Providing daily direction and communication to team members so that client queries are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.Supervising, coaching, and developing team regarding service expectations, policies, procedures and process requirements.Process Training for Team Members to ensure that they are aligned towards Best Practice Sharing.Collaborate with other departments (e.g, marketing, sales) to ensure a seamless client experience.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way
