Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate to complex difficulty, perform Root cause analysis and drive solutions under general supervision.• New product development, Creation of CDR and DDR report, ECO Legacy projects, design updates, ECR/ECO to release new and revised drawings for prototype, material selection and BOM update.• Creation of General Assembly drawings, Sheet metal parts, machined Vacuum parts, Hand calculation and Stress analysis, P & ids creation and BOM list for product releases using SOLIDWORKS & Creo, ECTR & SAP per ASME Y14.5 standards and using GD & T.• Participated in value creation and six sigma, conducted training, and guided the team.• Project management using Smartsheet and pm-smart.
