Litigation and Compliance Liaison: Handling litigation portfolios, arbitration matters, and dispute resolution while proactively coordinating with law enforcement agencies and external counsel to protect the organization’s reputation and minimize legal risks eectively. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards by proactively monitoring legal developments and implementing robust compliance frameworks across the division.
