As an Environmental professional with over 15 years of experience across India and the Middle East, I have honed my expertise in sectors including Solid waste Management, construction, infrastructure (roads, bridges), government, finance, and manufacturing. My background includes delivering environmental and safety training, conducting internal audits and inspections, and implementing Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs).I possess solid working knowledge in ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, OSHA 44H, IOSH Managing Safely, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, as well as World Bank, KfW, JICA, and ADB Environmental and Sustainability Guidelines.Currently, I am serving as an Environmental Expert at IPE Global Ltd, where I contribute to the Kerala Solid Waste Management Project in Kozhikode. My role involves collaborating on performance-based contracts, conducting environmental assessments and audits, preparing sustainability-focused maintenance plans, and engaging with stakeholders to provide expert guidance. Additionally, I was selected as a Trainer of Trainers for a dumpsite biomining sub-project, underscoring my leadership and knowledge-sharing skills.With a Master’s in Environmental Engineering, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy, I bring a well-rounded approach to integrating technical, social, and legal aspects into practical, sustainable solutions. I am also proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6, which support my ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
