In my journey of nearly two decades at Bosch, I have been inspired by our motto “Invented for Life” and a deep respect for German craftsmanship, quality, and technology. My career is rooted in engineering excellence while equally focused on building organizations, developing people, and shaping strategies that deliver long-term value.I have played a key role in scaling a small engineering unit into a customer-focused organization that delivers strong business impact. Later, as Regional Account Manager for North America, I helped establish a robust engineering base in Mexico, enabling Bosch to strengthen its customer partnerships.As a leader, I believe in trust, transparency, and empowering teams. My greatest satisfaction comes from mentoring and coaching people to grow into confident, high-performing leaders.Currently, I am driving change management at Bosch through the Base SW (BSW) practice within Vehicle Motion teams at BGSW, an initiative aimed at engineering excellence, reuse, while keeping people at the center of transformation.In every role, I strive to balance performance with empathy, technology with culture, and strategy with people development.
