I\'ve been Ranked First more than once as the best during my time as a Customer service associate. After multiple customer obsession awards, Rewards & Recognitions I was promoted to Quality Analyst role with responsibility of deciding how a customer service representative should communicate with the customers through audits. The Role also demands me to identify the North American policies that does not have best interest of the customer in mind.On the road to become Data Analyst in order to utilize my customer obsession to it\'s fullest and establish more customer centered policies to the organization.
