Working as an end-to-end buyer sending RFQ’s, price negotiation, request for proposals and reviewing MRP on regular basis • Selecting and identify potential supplier for sourcing from proposed supplier list and new suppliers are identified based on product requirement. • Converting PR to PO on daily basis (SAP MM S4 Hana), placing the order to supplier. • Placing orders based on shortage of stocks and ensuring supplier to reschedule orders based on demand. • Identify list of vendors who would supply us required parts, receiving quote from them and price negotiation for finalizing the supplier. • Onboarding a new vendor into our system by raising a new supplier request through Ariba • Supplier Rating: Rate supplier based on different criteria and align with them if any improvements required. • Resolving invoice discrepancies and queries and finalizing the invoice for payment based on service received.
