LMW Limited established the Advanced Technology Centre (ATC) in 2010 to cater Aerospace & Defence Industries. ATC is a one stop solution to Aerospace customers manufacturing high complex parts of hard and soft metals. ATC has world class facilities for precision machining, Sheet Metal, Composites, special processes, sub-assemblies and assemblies with Quality Assurance aligned to AS9100 D. NADCAP certification for Composites and special process viz Chemical Process, NDT, Welding and Heat treatment totaling more than 22+ special processes. ATC has created a Centre of Excellence for Payload Fairing by manufacturing a variety of Heat Shield to various customers. The export customer base includes Boeing, Dassault Aviation, Honeywell, Pratt & Whtiney, Collins, and GKN- Fokker. While HAL, ISRO and DRDO are Domestic customers. The composites facility established in 2019 manufactures large structural assemblies & complex engine parts through clean room of 12 Mt height and 600 Sqm, Autoclave size of Dia 4 and 6 Mts in length and 22m high assembly bay of 1870 Sqm area. NDT such as A-Scan & C-scan ensure to provision of high-quality products.
