Handling team for making fixtures changing creation, master sections validation, Gap and Radius creation and validation. Handling Various Meeting with cross functional team, Stakeholder meetings.* Base Line Model build up for BIW ( Platform, Hat, Closures),Interior Trims and Exterior Components by using 3DCS.* Model Integration, Model Validation, Master Section creation and Validation, Perceived Quality, Project KPI Management, Project Efficiency Management• Designing fixture inputs, clamp validation of available fixtures for current CAD, weld gun study• Defining locating strategy and 100% meeting GMR for BIW welding and checking fixtures.• Developing the locating strategy using 3-2-1 principle in CATIA for checking fixtures & welding fixtures of Body in White (BIW) Components, sub-assemblies and Assemblies of the vehicle. Working on continuous improvement projects mainly focusing on the quality by using SPC tools like FMEA, fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis, Histogram, 5-Why etc.• Developing and maintaining the Dimensional Management Engineering tracking document for BIW Components & Assemblies for various vehicle program.• Adhering to all Global Dimensional engineering standards, generics
