1) From 2004 to 2010 -Leading WEG India Technical Support, Service, Spares team for Installation, Supervision of Commissioning of large Synchronous Generators & Motors also Induction Motors. In the Process I had build-up excellent Business & Personal Relationship with various Industries/ Gr. of Industries including NTPC. Finally Customer total Satisfaction & Confidence has revile extraordinary Examples, which are Excellent Recognition by Industries for WEG & myself as a real supporting arms in-need to Customers towards Problem Solving & finally Customer Delight. 2) As additional responsibility Supporting Contract Management team from Pre-sales to Post/ After Sales till commissioning till handing over several large Projects to end customers till 2010.3) Additionally from 2006 to 2009, as a Project Leader successfully Commissioned several large HT Syn Motor ( Max. 4x 8 MW ) at Godavari Lift Irrigation ( Talengana earlier AP) Project TOGETHER with KBL & WEG Brazil support. For this I am really thankful to my friend Mr Rajesh & Mr Jean Carlo Butske for fulfilling several Milestone TOGETHER first time in our life & that too in WEG History thro\' Customer Satisfaction,WIN -WIN basis. 4) Since 2011 to till date, i.e since inception of WEG Mfg Plant in India, I have been assigned to handle WEG Large Turbo AC Generators. As a Professional Manager I am focusing Turbo Gen. business specially for India\'s No-1 Steam Turbine Manufacturers including Business Promotion of Turbo Generators, Capable to handle independently business SBU, including Technical Presentation/ Seminars for Power Gen. Co./ Industries, STG OEMs, Consultants like M.N.Dastur & Co etc.
