Provide strategic technical consultation and root-cause analysis support for high-priority issues escalated by Customer Service, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders. Lead continuous improvement of new product development (NPD) frameworks by enhancing process discipline, aligning cross-functional resources, and accelerating throughput across the innovation lifecycle.
