Expat Assignment - India Operation Manager Secured and established multi-million dollar site in India to support diversification project for ICM (Integrated connector module) products. Ordered and transferred all manufacturing equipment and materials during Covid pandemic from China to India and led the customer qualification process and production ramp up. Implemented site IDl, DL and coordinated Centralized Infrastructure – HR, IT, Legal, Sourcing & Procurement, Finance & Accounting and Corporate Engineering and Quality.
