Currently working as Kronos WFC Solution Architect in Amazon, Hyderabad since March, 2021.• Worked as a contractor with Kronos operations team of Amazon, Hyderabad between August, 2020 and February, 2021.• Worked as a Senior Kronos techno-functional consultant in ADP Private Limited from Oct, 2015 to July, 2020.• Demonstrated experience on Kronos Workforce Central/ADP Enterprise eTime workforce management suite delivering TLM, Accrual and Scheduler solution to ADP Global clients as a client facing lead consultant.• I work closely with client from kick off and during all phases of implementation till successful go live. Have strong experience in client engagement, Solution design, Problem solving and decision-making skills during client workshops making the solution delivery robust and user friendly. • Worked on most of the complex Germany, China, Mexico legislative requirements for most of the ADP MNC clients. • Besides working on configuration activities, have strong experience developing Interfaces through Workforce Integration Manager such as Personality Data Import, T&A API Exports and several other import/export interfaces achieving user flexible integrations.• In addition to configuration/interfaces development I am also very much efficient at working with multiple stakeholders to integrate ADP products such as My ADP, ADP Mobile with Kronos WFC, Single sign-on setup. • I also involved in client training programs such as System admin, Supervisor trainings to teach and mentor Payroll and HR admin activities.• Also having excellent working experience with cloud based Kronos Workforce Ready implementing TLM solution for Australian clients.With all said above I can say with all the experience I have on configuration, interfaces development and lead consulting activities I can work towards delivering robust TLM solution through Kronos WFC and WFR.
