With over two decades of experience across e-commerce, FMCG, and retail, I’ve come to see logistics as more than just a backend function — it’s where trust, agility, and scale come to life.At Ekart, my focus is on unlocking growth through intelligent, tech-powered supply chains, EV-led last-mile innovation, and strategic partnerships with D2C and retail brands. Before this, I led P&L growth at Blue Dart, where we reimagined e-commerce delivery with product innovation, surface expansion, and a strong data-first culture.I’ve had the privilege of working across the entire value chain — from manufacturing and warehousing to transportation and last-mile delivery. And the biggest lesson I’ve learned? Systems only scale when people do.    Leading the transformation of Ekart into a market-facing, end-to-end independent logistics and supply chain platform for brands (online and offline) and India’s retail ecosystem by being the most reliable supply chain solutions provider in India2.
