Majorly worked various types of contractor’s terms such as W2, 1099 & Corp-To-Hire.Extensive Experience of handling the End-End recruitment.Recruited candidates for various technologies and skills such as Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Engineers, System/Network Engineer,BI developer, Testing Tools, Reporting Tools, Web Developer, Data warehouse, Databases Developer, ERPs Oracle/PeopleSoft/SAP.Experience in finding Software Consultants who are looking for H1 Transfer, Convincing them and negotiating the Salary package, benefits provided by the company and submitting them for Suitable Direct Client Requirements.
