About Mani Tayebi
In 2022, Mani joined BCG\'s PIPE practice as a Summer Consultant. Prior to BCG, Mani spent 4 years in Financial Services, leading innovation strategy and data science at CIBC\'s Incubator X. Mani also has operational experience with a leading Canadian EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company - helping clients in Chemicals and Biopharmaceutical sectors commission and operationalize new facilities. Mani is deeply passionate about Education, Employment and Welfare and has led several pro-bono initiatives focused on immigrants and refugees in Canada and the United States. Mani holds an MBA from Kellogg, was awarded a fellowship in Financial Engineering (University of Toronto), and has a Bachelor\'s in Chemical Engineering (UBC). Earlier in Iran, Mani attempted a career in music, performing across 55 recitals, pro bono concerts and talent shows.
