I’m a Machine Learning Engineer passionate about building scalable, intelligent systems that turn complex data into actionable insights. My journey from Data Science to ML Engineering has been driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a love for deploying AI models that deliver measurable business impact. At BeaconBold, I’ve developed and deployed GenAI chat services leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, VectorDBs) to automate data retrieval and customer interactions. I built PySpark pipelines on Databricks and BigQuery to process over 20M+ transaction and clickstream records, enabling churn prediction and behavioral segmentation for marketing teams. I also architected a feature store integrated with SHAP explainability pipelines—boosting repeat-purchase prediction accuracy by 12%—and automated Power BI dashboards through Azure Data Factory for CX and marketing performance tracking. Previously at American Express (via TCS), I engineered risk-scoring and compliance analytics pipelines using Kafka, Spark Streaming, and LightGBM models, processing 40M+ daily transactions. I deployed ML microservices on AWS SageMaker and automated model rollbacks with CI/CD pipelines, strengthening reliability and regulatory reporting accuracy. Pursued my M.S. in Computer Science at Kent State University, where I also did research on AI-driven stress detection and real-time biosignal monitoring for predictive health applications.
