I help semiconductor fabs run longer, scale reliably, and build the teams that sustain them.I bring 25+ years of global experience across semiconductor fab operations, equipment lifecycle extension, OEM partnerships, and workforce development. My career has been shaped by hands on engagement with leading semiconductor fabs across Asia, Europe, Israel, and the United States, supporting both mature node and high volume manufacturing environments.Currently, as Group General Manager at Orbit & Skyline, I lead end to end semiconductor fab operations, working closely with customers and OEMs to ensure fab continuity, asset reliability, and long term sustainability. A core part of my role is helping fabs extend the productive life of mature node equipment, addressing obsolescence challenges while maintaining uptime, performance, and cost efficiency.Beyond tools and operations, I am deeply focused on people and ecosystem building. I have built and scaled fab ready engineering teams, established structured training and mentoring frameworks, and created talent pipelines aligned to real fab and OEM needs. I strongly believe that sustainable fabs are built not only on equipment and processes, but on empowered and well trained engineers.My leadership approach combines technical depth, operational discipline, and strong customer relationships. I work at the intersection of fabs, OEMs, and service partners, translating complex manufacturing challenges into practical and scalable execution models.
