About Mani Kandan
I have 11 years of experience in CCM tools(OPENTEXT Exstream Dialogue, Smart communication and Documaker). The functionalities I have done in the tool are creating page templates, adding fonts, creating outputs & output queues, creating data files along with data mapping, creating documents, pages, messages and sections along with designing, creating reports, which can be altogether summarized as creating an application from scratch. I have a good knowledge in creating DLF (LIVE) application. I also have good knowledge in designing pages with tables, sections and messages along with flow pages such as Letters and forms for Insurance and Healthcare clients. I also have good knowledge about functionalities such as search keys, sorting and bundling, multiple-ups, banner pages, Packaging functionalities.I have developed as well as supported many applications with respect to the above mentioned tools. I have always ensured good quality in all deliverables and have worked on a full project life cycle for more than one project.
