ABOUT MANI FASI
My journey in automotive engineering began with a deep passion for innovation. Starting as an intern with part suppliers in Iran, I later earned a graduate degree in automotive engineering and joined Renault, where I gained hands-on experience in design and manufacturing. Seeking new challenges, I moved to the U.S, advancing my skills in mechatronics to align with high-tech demands and joining Stellantis (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in roles focused on both mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. An entrepreneurial shift led me to found MANINAM, a micro-EV brand. We reached $1 million in charger sales and established Orange County’s top-rated service center, extending the life of micro-EVs for over customers with a 4.9-star rating, blending technical innovation with real-world consumer insights. Now, I’m eager to bring this blend of engineering expertise and market insight back to the automotive industry, with a strong focus on user-centered, sustainable solutions. My skills: Product Development and R&D Leader with a robust track record in Automotive and Micro-EV sectors. Bridging corporate experience at Stellantis and Renault with entrepreneurial success at Maninam Mobility LLC, I bring a market-driven approach to product lifecycle management—from identifying gaps to launching successful, customer-focused solutions. Key strengths include vehicle systems integration, electro-mechanical product design, and scalable business automation. Key strengths include: • Product Development & Innovation: End-to-end lifecycle expertise, with a record of successful launches, such as ADAS and interior systems. • Electro-Mechanical & Vehicle Systems: Skilled in complex systems integration and high-performance product designs. • Business Automation & Scalable Solutions: Pioneered automated operations for efficient, customer-focused service in the micro-EV sector. • Market-Driven R&D: Proven ability to identify market needs and develop impactful products for future mobility.
