ABOUT CHRISTOPHER B.

I have spent my life in the service of others starting at thirteen years old when I landed my first big break as a grocery store sacker for a hometown corner store. Things were tight at home and working took a bit of pressure off my mother financially (as a new teen, I could eat a great deal of food). I sacked and sorted groceries into brown paper bags and carried two in each arm to the customer\'s car, placing them in the backseat before payment was even tendered. It was a small town and everyone knew each other. Fast forward five years, I was a senior in high school and now the night manager, closing and preparing the store for the next morning\'s opening crew. I joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating high school after getting inspired by a book I read about a Vietnam sniper and a man I met that told me his old marine war stories. Inspiration comes from the most peculiar sources in life. Skipping ahead a few decades, I have been practicing law fifteen years primarily in litigation. I hold an undergrad from New York University, magna cum laude, and an Juris Doctor. My body of legal work is primarily in litigation, mostly business, securities, and financial, but there is some public interest work, as well as government contract experience. My lifelong passion is leadership because of me desire to help people. I have had all kinds of leaders and have lead all kinds of people, including small teams of 2-3 people in military units up to 200-300 employees in large business settings. I read, travel, and explore food and new places in my off time.
