I\'m a passionate sports business professional currently working at Rajasthan Royals, one of the eight founding teams and the inaugural winners of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Along with leading Ticketing Operations for the team during the season, I also work in Cricket Operations throughout the year including player & support staff liaison, off & pre-season camps, trials & auctions. I\'ve recently also managed the transition & lead the operations for RR\'s two new sister franchises, the Barbados Royals in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) & the Paarl Royals in the SA20. This includes running Cricket Operations, Strategy, Stadium Ops & Ticketing for these franchises. I\'ve work on company wide business operations and support the CEO with long term strategies for the business. Previously, I have worked extensively with the RR Digital team to implement our year-round Digital strategy including social media and digital content enhancement. I have graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), based in Los Angeles and have previously worked in different facets of the sports business in the US & India.
