About Mangesh Gadewar

I am currently working with Airtel as a Young Leader Management Trainee in HR. Prior to this, I completed my PGDM in HRM from MDI Gurgaon in 2025. I was lucky enough to get selected for an international student exchange programme to Aarhus BSS in Denmark during Term-V of my MBA at MDI Gurgaon. I completed my summer internship at Airtel as a Young Leader Intern- HR where I received a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). I was the Joint Secretary of HR Direction- The Human Resources Academic Club of MDI Gurgaon and a Senior Coordinator of the Alumni Relations Committee of MDI Gurgaon. Before this, I completed my BBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak as a part of their Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). I have also worked as a Market Research Intern at Amul in the HoReCa division.Following my passion for helping others, I used to run a YouTube channel named Road To IPM. Road To IPM is an educational channel by IPM students for IPM aspirants. It specifically focused on Personal Interview Preparation which was a huge gap in the market. I love to participate in case competitions, enabling me to showcase my creativity and apply my problem-solving skills in real-life cases. I am a national finalist in the coveted HR Case Competition-\'HeadstaRt 2023\' by Aditya Birla Group and Trendsetter 2.0 by DS Group. I also have multiple podium finishes in competitions from some of the top B-schools like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIM Raipur, IIM Jammu, and even the prestigious IIT Kanpur. Apart from this, I am a fitness enthusiast, cartophile and an animal lover! Trying to be the best at learning kindness, humility and curiosity :)
