Working as technical project manager responsible for end to end project delivery. Roles & responsibilities includes interacting with client for Requirement Gathering (ECP), Planning Initial Migration Strategy(IMS), designing low level Final Migration Strategy(FMS), taking care of all change management for low level activities under migration plan before going for final cutover. • Working on SM9 tool, Aldea/Aries tool, NetSRM requests, deviation request, change requests, Incident requests & provide all necessary approvals to execute planned changes under every migration • Engagement with ISPs for WAN, MPLS, SDWAN, SSN, DSL connections. Working with PMO/finance team to get the budget approved & forecasted• Arranging necessary approvals, managing change control board for new installation, removal of inscope installed devices for migration, doing UAT pre & post migration, working to get final sign off from end clients while doing pre & post migration.• Engaging end clients, accounts to update project status, progress, challenges and getting assistance to get the project moving.• Updating project documents, commercials approvals, change records, technical decisions before final closure.
