Entrepreneur by instinct.I’ve spent the better part of two decades moving fluidly between seemingly different worlds: Architecture, Brewing, Art performance and guided by a single constant: design thinking!As co-founder of One Brewing Co, I bring precision, process, and sensory imagination to the world of non-alcoholic and ultra-low-alcohol beer. Through consulting, I collaborate with breweries like Common Good to craft new recipes, streamline operations, and solve production challenges, always with a deep respect for quality, scale, and innovation.Before brewing took over my world, I was an architect with a strong focus on community design and construction detail, leading large-scale residential, commercial, and institutional builds across Canada and Europe.Whether shaping buildings or brewing processes, my approach has always been creative, process-driven, collaborative, and grounded in strong systems thinking.Earlier still, I was a musician and actor, experiences that taught me how to listen, perform under pressure, and bring a creative rhythm to everything I do. The French side of me never stopped believing in the value of craft, culture, and a bit of poetic flair.Always open to conversations about brewing, business, and building something better, together.
