My goal is to build a meaningful career in HR, beginning as an HR Generalist.I’m especially driven to create inclusive environments that support employees with disabilities and promote fairness, respect, and accessibility for all. With strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, I strive to ensure every employee feels valued and empowered to succeed.As an international student from Trinidad and Tobago, I’ve seen how limited resources can affect opportunity.
