ABOUT MANESH MISTRY
I am a Senior finance leader with a wealth of experience acquired in different industries from Financial services, manufacturing, NHS and Pharmaceutical.My curiosity and desire to better understand commercial processes led me to a role in Procurement as a Category Manager looking after $100M annual spend, and delivering substantial savings with a personal ROI of 25:1 which coincided with my team receiving external recognition in 2025 by CIPS. I have further developed my interpersonal skills and honed how to prepare and present \"win- win\" situations which can be transferred back into a finance role.I lead by example by delivering a \"can do\" attitude which has often been cited as a key strength which energises those around me and encourages key and sensitive projects to be delegated to me with confidence of successful and timely completion.I thrive on projects where I can engage and collaborate with operational stakeholders to deliver tangible and significant results. I enjoy unravelling the financial performance to go beyond the numbers and really get to grips with the root causes so I can be a part of the solution design and implementation process.I respectfully challenge leaders using data to support observations and generate proposals based on facts to prompt meaningful discussions and debate, which help align all stakeholders throughout significant change projects.
